Ginger Mint Tea


Simple, delicious and enjoyable, ginger mint tea is both good for your body and for digestion. Here's what to do...


Ingredients:

5 Small slices Fresh Ginger Root
1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves
3 cups water

Easy Directions:


1. In a small pot, place ginger in water and bring to a boil.
2. Turn heat to low, cover pot and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Turn off heat.
4. Pour ginger tea into your cup, leaving pieces behind in the pan.
5. In a steeper, steep mint leaves in your cup for 3 minutes and remove.
6. Allow tea to cool another 5 minutes (or add a splash of cold water to speed up the process)
and ENJOY!

This tea can be drank up to 3 times a day. It is excellent for preventing colds and flus. It is also great for digestion, nausea or even food poisoning!
